Prior to being a co-founder of TBG, he worked for DuPont as the Engineering Integration Leader supporting the $150B DuPont & Dow merger to help assure the engineering function and associated resources adapted as seamlessly as possible to the various engineering operating models anticipated across all the planned companies that were to be spun off.
Before this role, Noel was the Global Business Engineering Director for DuPont Protection Solutions. His team was responsible for implementing over $130MM annually in capital projects at over fifteen major manufacturing sites globally and partnering with numerous engineering contractors. In this role, he worked to optimize capital productivity and asset effectiveness. These sites produce famously branded products such as Kevlar®, Nomex®, Tyvek® and Corian®.
Noel’s professional experience includes VP, Project Engineering and HSSE for Butamax a 50/50 biofuels Joint Venture of DuPont and BP and an additional 28 years of service with DuPont which included Business Engineering Leader for DuPont’s Industrial Biosciences business, Operations Manager for DuPont’s Capital Asset Productivity organization as well as a variety of leadership roles at DuPont’s Films, Electronics and Fluoroproducts manufacturing facilities. Noel was also the Chairman and Managing Director for the Duhernal Water System JV comprised of DuPont, The Borough of Sayreville, NJ and Ashland Inc. (formerly Hercules Inc.). During his time in New Jersey, he was also the Chairman of RIME, a premier corporate / school system educational enrichment partnership that guided and mentored over 3000 urban students in two New Jersey school districts with the support of several area Fortune 500 companies.
Noel received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers, the State University of NJ.
For over 25 years, Renée has been in the business of helping her clients promote their products and services. After earning an engineering degree, she began her career in the corporate arena before going on to pursue her entrepreneurial passions. Many experiences later, Renée consults her clients on best practices to advertise their products. She then sets their focus on implementation to achieve successful results.
Active in the community, Renée serves on the boards of several organizations. She is passionate about family, traveling, food and mixing the three together.
